The full story:

Here we renovated the entire apartment, changing everything from the floors to a new fire resistant ceilings, fully insulating the walls & floors. For the floor we added new sound proof floor boards and underlay, before laying the floor. Along with a complete re-wire we also ran new pipes for the whole property. Replaced all doors, frames and architraves. A complete refurb of the bathroom and Kitchen was also carried out with walls moved best utalise the space within both areas.
